Poliren Polishing Paste Number 1 or Number 2

Poliren No 1: For heavy calculus. Protect gingiva with vaseline apply in place for 3-5 mins then scale. Mild acid softens plaque and calculus. Scale and polish. Apply Ftor-Lux Floride Varnish to remineralise surface. Mildly acid (Citric acid) to soften tartar, without the need for aerosol generating instruments. Use to target specific problem areas.
Poliren No 2: Heavy duty, prophylaxis paste contains carborundum and quartz. Use before tooth whitening procedures and other cosmetic work. Polishing paste to remove soft plaque.
